Hi, I'm Emma, the artist and baker behind Cookies with Em.

Mum to five beautiful little children, 5 year old triplet boys and 2.5 year old twin girls. I rediscovered my love of baking shortly after the birth of my boys, as it helped me to find a creative outlet and a way to cope with my post-natal depression. Em's Cakey Bakey was born from the joy I found in baking and in sharing in people's celebrations.

 

I started with cakes and cupcakes and soon fell in love with cookies and the intricacy of royal icing. As my business has steered more towards this passion it has also undergone a re-branding to Cookies with Em. 

 

I absolutely love what I do. I love creating cookies for everyone to enjoy. I love being able to bring smiles and amazement to people's faces with a single cookie.
